Therapy

I provide individual therapy to existing clients residing in North Carolina, where I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I am not currently accepting new therapy clients.

My approach draws on more than 25 years of clinical experience and integrates traditional therapeutic methods, embodied awareness, intuitive presence, and relational depth.

Sessions are offered virtually across North Carolina. In-person walk-and-talk sessions are also available for existing clients local to the greater Asheville area.

My clinical work has included supporting adults navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, burnout, identity, and the many complexities that can arise throughout a life.

Therapy is self-pay only. I do not accept insurance.

Mentorship

Walking Together is my 1:1 mentorship for individuals who want a more personal, flexible, and integrative way of working together. It is available to people throughout the United States and internationally, including those here in North Carolina.

The name is intentional. We walk together figuratively, exploring what is happening in your life, what you are noticing, what you have learned, what you want, and where you might go from here. And sometimes, we literally walk.

Our work may include conversation, reflection, pattern recognition, embodied awareness, emotional processing, intuitive exploration, and whatever else becomes relevant to the life you are actually living. There is no prescribed path or expectation that every experience needs to become something we fix.

Sessions can happen virtually from wherever you are. For those local to the Asheville area, we can also meet in your home, at a café, or on a trail. I am available by arrangement to travel to clients outside the area as well, allowing our work to happen within the places and rhythms of your everyday life.

Mentorship is private-pay and is not therapy or a substitute for therapy. It is not covered by insurance.

If Walking Together feels like the kind of support you are looking for, you are invited to reach out and begin a conversation.
