About Anne

Hi, I’m Anne!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), mentor, and author of The Edge of Enough.

I’m based in Asheville, North Carolina, and work with clients locally and around the world.

The Journey That Shaped Me
I began my journey back to myself over 30 years ago.

It has been winding and deeply personal, shaped by unlearning, rebuilding, and returning to who I am.

That path became the foundation of my life’s work and the way I now walk alongside others in their own process of healing and change.

My faith in God has been an anchor through every chapter, reminding me that grace is real, healing is possible, and we are never walking alone.

How I Support Others
With over 25 years of clinical experience, I support individuals in returning to themselves with greater clarity, understanding, and self-trust.

My approach integrates therapeutic work, embodied awareness, and relational depth.

I have worked with individuals navigating trauma, loss, life transitions, and the complexity of becoming who they are.

What Guides My Lens
I move through the world with a deep sensitivity and intuitive awareness, shaped by both how I am wired and what I have lived.

I often see patterns, sense what sits beneath the surface, and hold both the detail and the larger picture at the same time.

This allows me to recognize what is often felt but not yet named, and to meet others with presence, clarity, and care.

What I Believe
I believe in graceful resilience. In transformation and softness. In honoring both our wounds and our wisdom.

I am not here to hand you a step-by-step plan. I am here to support you in coming home to yourself.

I believe in a God who meets us where we are and reminds us that we are already enough.

Energy Work & Integration
Over the past couple of years, I have received Reiki 1 and 2 attunements.

While energy work is not a stand-alone offering, it is integrated into how I show up. My work is informed by therapeutic experience, intuitive awareness, and a grounded presence.

I bring my full self to this work.

Life Outside the Work
Raising my two daughters has been one of my greatest teachers. It continues to show me that healing, love, and truth often unfold in ordinary moments.

Nature is my refuge. Movement is how I return to my body. Music is a constant companion, something I return to again and again. Spirituality grounds me and quietly guides the way I move through the world.

When I’m not writing or supporting others, you’ll find me on wooded trails, strength training, traveling, or spending time in the sun.

I’m often behind the lens capturing everyday moments, deep in research, or laughing with and loving the people who choose me.
