Meet Anne
Hi, I’m Anne Webb, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), mentor, and author of The Edge of Enough: Where Wanting More Meets the Courage to Love Yourself Like It Matters (It Does).

With over 25 years as an LCMHC and more than three decades of lived self-healing, I’ve walked alongside hundreds of individuals navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, and the complexity of becoming.

I’m based in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, and work with clients locally and around the world.

I’m not here to fix you. You were never broken.

I walk beside you as you soften old protections, release outdated roles, and return to who you are beneath the noise and striving.

My approach is intuitive, human, and grounded. I integrate therapeutic wisdom, embodied awareness, and relational depth to support lasting change and self-trust.

When I’m not writing or holding space for others, you’ll find me on wooded trails, taking photos, lifting weights, reading, or spending time in the natural world.

What I Do and Who I Serve
I support individuals who are ready to come home to themselves and live with greater clarity and self-trust.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, healing grief or trauma, or sensing there is more to understand and embody, this work creates space for that unfolding.

My approach is shaped by over 25 years as a therapist and more than three decades of personal healing. I offer therapy for residents of North Carolina and 1:1 mentorship for those seeking a more expansive and integrative experience.

Therapy is available virtually across North Carolina. Mentorship is offered worldwide, with in-person sessions available for those local to the Asheville area.

This work is not surface-level. It is for those ready to be seen, supported, and to live with greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.

Vision
I believe in a world where each person is connected to the inherent worth of who they are.

A world where life is lived with openness, curiosity, and a sense of possibility, and where authentic connection becomes the foundation for meaningful healing and the greater good.
What Clients are Saying

Space Between
In the quiet space
between endings
and beginnings,

I ask
how many times
must I be born again?

Each time I let go,
I descend deeper.

Unraveling
layers of what once was,
embracing the gentle emergence of self,

like a phoenix rising from the ashes,
and a lotus blooming from the mud,

coming home
to forgotten
and never known parts,
found only
in the shadows of loss.

In surrender,
I discover.

In yielding,
I find my rhythm.

A gentle flow,
a sacred pause,

resting in the cycle,
trusting the grace of transformation,

as the Divine makes my path known,
as I blossom
into my authentic self.
